Important Du Nord Information

Hi,

We are excited that you will be sharing this wonderful time in our lives with us. In preparation for your trek to Ely and Camp Du Nord, there are a few things Kiara and I wanted to reiterate and inform you of.
  • Bedding is NOT provided by Camp Du Nord. Please bring bedding and/or sleeping bags, including pillows. We will have as many extra sets of bedding as we can bring for backup, but please bring your own if at all possible.
  • Three meals will be provided; Friday Barbecue, Saturday Brunch, and the Saturday Reception Dinner. You are responsible for all other meals during your stay. All cabins have adequate kitchen facilities to eat as extravagantly or as simply as you wish. Ely has many wonderful dining options as well, but remember that the drive to Ely will take around 30 minutes.
  • Camp Du Nord is a wilderness destination-plan accordingly. If you enjoy fishing, bring your gear and permit. If you enjoy hiking, bring your boots and bug repellent. Canoes, kayaks, and all associated gear is provided by the camp
This list will be updated, so please check back regularly.

Gift Ideas

Kiara and I had a very hard time deciding what to include on our wedding registry. In the end, we decided to register at Target. Please use the link below to navigate directly to the registry list.

There are also some items that Target does not carry that we feel would make our married life easier (and more fun!). We have used the application "Giftag" to organize some of these items. The link below will take you to the list, and clicking on the different items on the list will redirect you to the individual websites where the items can be bought. Check back often as the list will be updated as the big day approaches.

Thanks!
